Visit Customization Form
Two hours before your appointment, you’ll receive a text message with a link that will allow you to tailor your salon experience & review salon polices. The form takes only 90 seconds or less to fill out & must be completed before every visit.

I understand that going to a new salon can feel a little intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. Here’s some additional information to help make your first visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Dry, Styled Hair
Whether you air dry or tease it to heaven, I suggest coming to your first visit wearing your hair how you typically like to style it. Seeing your hair dry & styled helps me to choose the best techniques & looks that will enhance & fit your lifestyle.
Dress for Success
I want you to relax during your appointment, so please dress comfortably! To ensure your clothing remains dry & stain free, I recommend completely changing into the clean kimono that will be waiting for you in the restroom. If you choose to wear the provided covering over your clothing, please avoid wearing bulky necklines (like hooded sweatshirts & turtlenecks) and be aware that your stylist will not be held responsible for the reimbursement or replacement of clothing that is damaged by any salon chemical products.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, & cash* are accepted.
*please be aware that a cash register is not kept on premise so change cannot be made for cash transactions.
PARKING & ARRIVAL
Parking
Free 2 hour parking is available along Broadway in front of the salon or directly across the street. Parking time on Vassar & Yale is unlimited.
Hang Tight
The studio space is cozy & does not have a waiting area. To keep you comfortable, please remain in your car & text your first & last name to 720.579.5555. I will return your text as soon as the salon is properly sanitized & safe to enter.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Clients Only
The small space & limited capacity means that only guests receiving services will be allowed into the salon. A child or person with special needs who is receiving services may be accompanied by one parent, guardian, or caretaker.
Masks
Face coverings are completely optional for guests. Because your comfort & well being are important to me, your Visit Customization Form will give you the option to request your stylist wear a mask during your appointment. I’m always happy to wear a mask that covers my mouth & nose no matter your reason!
POLICIES
Cancellation & Rescheduling
To provide the best possible scheduling options to all guests, 24 hours advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice, or failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment, will result in a Cancellation Fee equal to approximately 50% of the service price.
Late Arrivals
Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and Cancellation Fees will apply.
Adjustments
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, color, or extensions, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct any reasonable issue at no additional charge.
Product Exchanges
Should you make a product purchase you are unsatisfied with, let’s find something better for you! Exchanges at full credit are accepted as long as you notify me within 7 days of your initial purchase.
